1. City of Austin Electric Company has a program where homeowners can borrow up to $5,000 for home improvements at Zero% interest rate. Has your agent told you about this? If not, call one of our agents @ 458-6156.
   
2. If you make less than $50,000 per year, you may be entitled to a program that enables you to buy a new $125,000 home in the Austin surrounding area for Zero move-in cost. If your agent hasn’t told you about this, call one of ours @ 458-6156.
   
3. Periodically, the Federal government sponsors a program for buyers (who haven’t owned a home in three years) that enables homeowners to receive a tax rebate up to ¼ of total interest paid (up to $167 per month) as long as they live in the home, for a total savings of $45,000!
